CitySprint has bought the multi-drop and same day courier business of the Owner Driver Network from ODN Logistics.
The purchase, which was made for an undisclosed sum, is expected to add over £3m in annual revenue to CitySprint.
The deal includes two existing contracts, one a business-to-business supplier of office and computer products and the other, a distributor of pharmaceuticals to hospital and local pharmacies with 19 sites across the UK.
ODN Logistics will continue to operate in its heavy goods vehicle and pallet distribution business under the same name.
