Citroën has launched its new premium specification Relay, a light vehicle with some special features.
It is thought to be the only van equipped with Trafficmaster Smartnav GPS Satellite Navigation and Trackstar stolen vehicle tracking systems as standard.
It also has a low loading sill height of 530mm, has internal dock lengths of 4070mm, is one of the widest vans between wheel arch and internal load width and offers buyers an extended 25,000 mile service interval.
Robert Handyside, Citroën UK’s commercial vehicles operations manager, said: “The unique, standard fitment of satnav and stolen vehicle tracking in new Relay vans is a major benefit for operators who may otherwise have to pay up to £2,000 + VAT for satnav only on rival models.”
Citroën also says that any of its HDi diesels can run on up to 30 per cent bio-diesel with no technical modifications required.
The new range went on sale on 19th October and offers Euro 4 HDi diesel engines with a power range of 100, 120 and 160hp.
