Four Soft UK has acquired the freight and shipping business of FWL Technologies, in an all cash buy-out.
Four Soft UK, an Indian-owned logistics software provider, is expanding into the liner shipping software business, while consolidating its coverage in transport and logistics.
Dave Pickburn, vice president of Four Soft for UK & Scandinavia said: “4S has been the pioneer in bringing next generation technologies and products to the global logistics markets over the last few years.
“FWL’s established shipping and freight forwarding clients can now have access to Four Soft’s proven global delivery capability and wide range of offerings.”
