Archfield is an independent, family-owned company with two sites in North Woolwich and Heathrow.
Theo de Pencier, chief executive at Bibby Distribution, said that the acquisition reflects the company’s continued commitment to growth, which led to the acquisition of Hammond Logistics Group in 2005 and PD Freight Management earlier this year.
