Blueheath has taken delivery of the first of its own liveried vehicles after deciding to stop using third party transport companies. It has set up its own delivery network at its Thurrock site.
Chief executive Mark Aylwin said: “It is my belief that to deliver the very best in customer service, you have to own the relationship between the drivers and your customers.
“Our drivers are a key link in the relationship with our customers; they ensure we deliver on our customer service promise and can deal with any queries at the point of delivery.”
