Motorola has completed the acquisition of Symbol Technologies for £2.1bn, after Symbol shareholders agreed the sale at a special meeting.
Symbol will now form the core of Motorola’s enterprise mobility business, with Sal Iannuzzi, former president and chief executive, heading the division.
