By wpengineDeveloper Gazeley has struck a joint venture deal with UK Coal to develop a site in Leicestershire into a £60m distribution park.
The joint venture has agreed to submit detailed plans for a 1 million sq ft scheme on the 86-acre former haulage and depot site at Ashby-de-la-Zouch adjacent to the A42/A511 junction, a ten-minute drive from Junction 23 of the M1 Motorway.
