Henry Boot Developments has lodged detailed plans for 320,000 sq ft of warehousing at its 18-acre Meir Park scheme in Stoke-on-Trent. The proposals include a 123,000 sq ft facility for insulation manufacturer Recticel (UK) and a further 190,000 sq ft warehouse, which will be built speculatively.
