The Institute of Grocery Distribution is hosting a series of one-day interactive sessions to help companies establish where to collaborate to reduce the cost and environmental impact of their deliveries.
The sessions are designed to allow suppliers and retailers to reduce distribution costs and increase sales by identifying and exploiting opportunities in their networks – such as spare capacity in vehicles. ”
The first event this year, on 20th February, will focus on ambient food categories.
The next event, on 28th February, will focus on the Chilled & Frozen sector.
