Ravenbourne and Standard Life are hoping to cash in on the Olympics with the development of a third phase at Thames Gateway Park in Dagenham, Essex.
It has submitted revised plans for a single final phase of 324,116 sq ft, which will comprise eight self-contained units ranging from 21,506 sq ft to 66,241 sq ft, with completion scheduled for late 2007.
