Boughey Distribution has built the first of three 100,000 sq ft warehouses at its main base near Nantwich in Cheshire.
The internal fit-out has commenced with the laying of the floor.
The external work on the second unit will be complete by the end of January and the third unit has almost all the steelwork complete.
The Nantwich site covers 36 acres and providing storage for 45,000 racked and bulk pallets.
The new warehouses will more than double capacity at the site.
