Sainsbury’s is taking a 500,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at ProLogis’ 150-acre Pineham development in Northamptonshire.
The retailer is expected to create up to 1,000 jobs at the site while the building itself is set to create new green standards according to ProLogis.
