More than 30 developers and owner-occupiers have lined up to try to secure DHL Real Estate’s 4-acre site in Empress Road, Southampton.
So strong has the interest been that marketing agent Lambert Smith Hampton has decided to accept best bids on 16th February 2007.
The plot comprises 83,500 sq ft of warehouse space on a self-contained site with good access to Junction 5 of the M27, Southampton Town Centre and the Docks.
