By wpengineNational paper distributor Antalis is to relocate its regional office and distribution centre from Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, into an 18,750 sq ft high bay warehouse at St Modwen’s 55 acre Access 18 scheme at Avonmouth, Bristol.
Antalis is taking a 20-year lease at an initial rent of £6.20 per sq ft. Alder King is letting agent for St Modwen.
