Gazeley is to submit planning for a 695,000sq ft cross dock facility at Rugeley, Staffordshire. It will boast 100 dock levellers and eight level access doors with 15m eaves. There will be a host of eco-initiatives. The building will be speculative – one of the biggest ever built in the Midlands.
