St Modwen has submitted a planning application for some 80,000 sq ft of speculative warehousing at its 55 acre Access 18 scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Construction is due to start in May and be completed in November. The units will be from 11,959 sq ft to 41,915 sq ft. Alder King is letting agent.
