By wpengineContemporary furniture company Dwell Retail has taken a 27,300 sq ft warehouse at Slough Estate’s Commerce Park in Croydon on a ten year lease at £233,750 per year, with half rent in the first two years.
The move to Croydon will be a further expansion to the business, which also allows customers to purchase goods online. Savills advised Slough Estates.
