Developer Gazeley is looking to speculatively develop a 360, 000 sq ft shed on the former United Utilities site on East Lancashire Road, just outside Liverpool.
Planning has been submitted for 820,000 sq ft of warehouse space in three buildings on the 40 acre site which was acquired for £11.9m last year. A single building of up to 750,000 sq ft could be accommodated. Agenst are King Sturge, Colliers CRE and CB Ricahrd Ellis.
