Marshall Amplification has taken a second warehouse totalling 93,000 sq ft in the Denbigh West area of Milton Keynes.
The company, which has taken the space as extra storage for its latest product line, has agreed a five-year lease at £308,750 a year. Lambert Smith Hampton advised landlord Kenmore Capital.
