Andreas Schmitz, managing director of Schmitz Cargobull (UK) wants to achieve a 40 per cent market share in the curtainsided trailer market by 2010.
It plans to introduce a range of trailers offering “the lowest running costs, manufactured in ultra-efficient production facilities and backed up by the most complete service and after sales support operation offered by any trailer manufacturer.”
The company currently holds around 16 per cent of the market share.
