By wpengineUK Coal is looking to develop a 120 acre distribution park at the former Rossington coalfield near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The company is in negotiations with Doncaster Council and hopes to provide some 1.3m sq ft of employment development with further opportunity for other mixed used regenerative development.
