Tesco has confirmed that it is taking an 850,000 sq ft distribution depot near Goole from developer Sterling St James.
The retailer has signed a 25-year lease at £4 per sq ft. The £65 million regional distribution centre at the 310-acre Centreport site by Junction 36 of the M62 will create more than 1,000 jobs.
