Iain Speak is to take over as chief executive of Bibby Distribution when Theo de Pencier moves to the Freight Transport Association in July.
De Pencier remains with the business until July concentrating on ensuring short term goals are reached and Speak will be focusing on driving the growth and development opportunities for the company for 2008 and beyond.
Speak joined Bibby in 1997 most recently as chief operating officer.
Before that he spent 18 years with TNT Logistics.
