By wpengineJF Hillebrand Group, a German logistics provider to the drinks industry, has bought Trans Ocean Distribution.
Brendan McKenna, president of the Southampton- based bulk liquids transporter, will join the executive board of JF Hillebrand.
Both management teams will work together to prepare a new organisation framework and will keep the brand names of both companies.
