Owens Logistics has fitted its entire 330 truck fleet with TruckProtect’s InstantFit Neck-It anti-theft device.
The Welsh haulier made the move after initially testing the device on six vehicles.
After two weeks it said that it saw a substantial improvement in its fuel consumption.
Transport Manager Meirion Davies said: “I was initially sceptical about TruckProtect’s claims, but after conducting the tests I have to admit it’s the best system I have seen to prevent fuel theft.”
