MAN is to launch two heavy trucks at the Amsterdam show in October – the TGS and TGX. The two ranges are developments of the TGA which has sold 230,000 since its launch at the turn of the millennium but MAN has taken the opportunity to realign its product portfolio.
The TGS is designed for short-haul and distribution transport. With a choice of three cabs – M, L and LX – the TGS has compact external dimensions which permit maximum body lengths and manoeuvring in the most confined spaces. The TGX is the truck for national and international long-distance transport. The choice of cabs – XL, XLX and XXL promises improved layout giving the driver maximum freedom of movement.
l MAN ERF is offer a range of web-enabled services focusing on the Microlise Fleet & Distribution portfolio of systems to manage mobile workforces, goods in transit and vehicles and drivers.
