Nisa-Today’s, the distribution and services organisation for retail and wholesale companies has chosen to use Kewill Trade Forms for exchanging business critical supply chain information with more than 300 of its small to medium-sized suppliers.
With more than 674 Nisa retail members in the UK, Nisa-Today’s handles a vast number of orders and customer enquiries every day. Kewill Trade Forms is expected to increase Nisa-Today’s electronic trading community to more than 75 per cent of its supplier base. It will use the Kewill e-business supply chain execution suite, including Kewill MessageBroker, Kewill Trade Forms, and the Kewill RetailXchange.
In particular, the extension of the relationship to use the Kewill Trade Forms system will see the extension of electronic trading to at least an additional 300 small to medium-sized suppliers providing Nisa-Today’s with the information to enhance its supply chain and improve purchasing power on a day-to-day basis.
“Kewill’s Trade Forms solution supports our overall drive to enhance supply chain efficiency by eliminating manual errors and streamlining our processes. The system will reduce administrative costs and increase visibility, while enhancing the relationship with our small to medium-sized suppliers, allowing us to react quickly to changes in the market and ensure continual development in our supply chain,” said Wayne Swallow, IT director for Nisa-Today’s.
Kewill’s managing director Jacquie Boast said: “We developed Kewill Trade Forms to allow retailers to offer a web-based low impact solution for electronically trading with SME suppliers.”
