What do Sainsbury’s, Vodafone, Kimberley-Clark, Sara Lee and the Red Cross all have in common? The answer is that they are all winners of European Supply Chain Excellence Awards. Now it’s time to plan your entry – the deadline is 25th June.
The awards fall into two groups. The industry sector awards cover: FMCG, retail and distribution, communications and electronics, aerospace defence and industrial, services and utilities, public sector and not for profit. The recognition awards include: team of the year, project management, environmental improvement, sourcing and procurement, logistics and fulfilment, individual contribution, and supply chain innovation.
