Craigard Investments has sold the 370,000 sq ft former Eurospace furniture warehouse in Sherburn-in-Elmet, Yorkshire for £15m. It was sold to insulation manufacturer Kingspan, which plans to invest a further £11.5m in the project to manufacture insulation products.
