BAA Lynton, on behalf of the Airport Property Partnership, the specialist airport property joint venture between BAA and Morley Fund Management, has started the speculative development of 63,000 sq ft of the 165,385 sq ft airport-related distribution warehouse scheme at Stansted Airport.
The development will be the first new non-airside warehouse facility at Stansted in the past 10 years. Taylors End will offer tenants eight units from 3,500 sq ft to 24,500 sq ft. The units will be built adjacent to the existing Phase I, on part of the 27-acre site.
