Macquarie Goodman is developing a 23,600 sq m logistics and production facility for NYK Logistics in Torun, Poland. The new facility is located next to an existing NYK site and consists of two production units, (14,544 sq m and 8,693 sq m). Delivery of the first phase of the project (14,544 sq m of warehouse space and 400 sq m of office space) is set to be completed in October 2007.
