Joint venture partners Terrace Hill and Stoford Developments have completed REDD 42 – the £20m distribution facility off Junction 3 of the M42 near Redditch.
The speculative development provides 227,000 sq ft of warehouse space on a 12.2 acre site with access to the M42.
Stoford director Dan Gallagher said: “We are seeing strong interest in the site from several parties, including logistics and internet trading companies, so we anticipate a successful disposal in the near future.”
Philip Leech, Terrace Hill’s managing director, said: “We have combined our national strength with Stoford’s expertise. The excellent progress on this project is a credit to all concerned in its conception and development.”
