Panasonic has agreed a £26.5m sale and leaseback with Macquarie Goodman.
The electrical company has secured the sale and leaseback for a 406,584 sq ft distribution warehouse and a pre-let of 118,521 sq ft for an additional logistics warehouse facility on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.
