Kuehne & Nagel has taken Wrenbridge Land’s 160,000 sq ft warehouse in Hams Hall, West Midlands as a shared-user contract logistics facility.
The warehouse, which has 12m eaves, is adjacent to one of Kuehne & Nagel’s existing warehouses.
Wrenbridge acquired this 10-acre plot from Catalyst in Summer 2006 for speculative development of two distribution units comprising 170,000 sq ft and 25,000 sq ft. The buildings are due for completion during May 2007.
