Plans have been approved to demolish the former Chungwa building at Eurocentral and create a new £300m business park which will include four new warehouse units totalling 244,000 sq ft.
Furniture store expansion plan
Contemporary furniture company, Dwell Retail has taken a 27,300 sq ft warehouse at Slough Estate’s Commerce Park in Croydon on a ten-year lease at £233,750 a year, with half rent in the first two years.
The move to Croydon will be a further expansion to the business, which also allows customers to purchase goods online. Savills advised Slough Estates.
