By wpengineGazeley has acquired 16 acres at Birch Coppice in the Midlands, where it intends to develop a 380,000 sq ft speculative warehouse.
The site, adjacent to the rail freight terminal, was bought from Maersk. A planning application is expected to be submitted shortly.
