By wpengineProLogis European Properties has bought 15 properties from ProLogis, for 215.4 million euros.
ProLogis European Properties will fund the purchase through a combination of cash from existing credit facilities and new units.
The 15 sites are constructed, fully-leased distribution facilities, located in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland and Spain.
