Canmoor Swindon SARL has launched its new speculative development of seven warehouses in Swindon totalling 293,464 sq ft.
Agents JLL and Whitmarsh Lockhart have already pre-let 84,763 sq ft to DHL with a further 22,674 sq ft under offer, meaning 37% of the estate is pre-let prior to practical completion.
Located two miles from Junction 15 of the M4, Ignition has leasehold units available from 20,144 sq ft to 74,248 sq ft, with planning consent for B1(c), B2 and B8 uses.
There are also design and build opportunities of up to 200,000 sq ft to be let on competitive terms.
