Chancerygate is planning to develop 70,000 sq ft of logistics space at a site at Voyager Park, Portsmouth, having purchased the land from SEGRO/Roxhill.
The proposed £9m development will offer warehouses and distribution units, ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 47,500 sq ft, for rental or purchase.
Voyager Park is located close to the A27 trunk road with Junction 12 of the M27 approximately two miles away.
According to Jonathan Lee, Chancerygate’s development manager, the scheme will be available from the summer of 2016.
