By wpengineDeveloper Gazeley is set to build the Midlands’ biggest ever speculative warehouse.
Plans for a 695,000 sq ft building are due to be submitted shortly to Rugeley Council in Staffordshire.
The cross-dock facility will boast 100 dock levellers and eight level access doors with 15m eaves.
There will be a host of eco-initiatives and it is expected that the property could create up to 700 jobs eventually.
