A 1 million sq ft office and warehouse complex called Satellite Park in Chadderton has been given the go ahead by planners. It will also include a 330,000 sq ft warehouse refurbishment which will boast 15m eaves, 16 dock and 3 level access doors as well as a 50m yard. Developers are Industrial Securities and Royal London Asset Management.
