Vianetic is offering VWMS-RF at no additional cost for new VWMS installations in 2007.
VWMS-RF is the new mobile application for Vianetic’s browser based warehouse management system, VWMS.
It allows central tasks to be performed using mobile, hand-held computers.
VWMS-RF has been implemented using the Microsoft .Net platform and can operate on a wide range of mobile devices based upon the Windows CE and Windows Mobile platforms. By making use of 802.11 wireless standards along with barcode scanner integration, VWMS-RF enables real-time stock updates.
It provides accurate information on the timing and current status of warehouse operations and up-to-date movement tracking information for all stock within the warehouse.
