Bolsover Council has approved plans for a 730,000ft² extension to HBD and Derbyshire County Council’s Markham Vale scheme in Derby, East Midlands.
HBD will work with Devonshire Property Group to bring forward the £95 million two-unit scheme, which has the potential to create up to 800 new jobs. The units will be 240,000ft² and 490,000ft².
The development will boast strong sustainability credentials, with an extensive landscaping plan that protects and improves the existing river corridor.
