Property agency M3 has expanded with the launch of a Sheffield office to be manned by former Atisreal director Roger Haworth and former Knight Frank director Toby Vernon.
The new office will serve key industrial property markets in Yorkshire, Teesside, the North West and the North East Midlands.
In addition, Nick Waddington has joined the company’s Birmingham office from Knight Frank while Josephine Baker has moved over from GVA Grimley.
