St Modwen has started the 264,000 sq ft second phase of its refurbishment of the former Rolls Royce plant at Hillington, Glasgow.
The developer will refurbish the next two blocks of what is now called Pegasus Business Park, offering industrial units of between 20,000 sq ft and 132,000 sq ft.
The decision to develop follows the letting of the last remaining 30,000 sq ft of the first block.
Steven Knowles of St Modwen said: “As a result of this early success, we are pushing ahead with the next block. We are also refurbishing a third block of the same size to create units ranging from 20,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.
