St Modwen is planning to build a 100,000 sq ft scheme capable of employing up to 250 people on a 4.65-acre plot at Cow Lane, Sheffield. The developer bought the land from Sheffield Council for £1.15m. Stephen Prosser of St Modwen said: “Holbrook is a well-established industrial location six miles southeast of the city centre and with easy access from junction 31 of the M1. We are delighted to have secured a further opportunity in Sheffield.”
