PHS Teacrate has acquired former rival Rentacrate in a multi-million pound deal which will almost double the size of the company. The move is the latest in a series of recent acquisitions. The company will continue to trade as PHS Teacrate, but will introduce a new logo incorporating the Rentacrate brand.
Teacrate’s managing director David Wicks said: “We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make sure Rentacrate’s customers are not inconvenienced in any way and that they continue to receive excellent service. By integrating the two largest crate rental companies in the UK we will be able to deliver an even better service.”
