Express parcel deliveries, postal and courier company Geopost UK has taken a lease of a 40,650 sq ft unit at Tannochside Drive, Tannochside Park, Uddingston from Keiller Edinburgh. The three-year lease is at a rent of £213,413 a year, equating to £5.25 per sq ft. Colliers CRE advised.
