FKI Logistex is expanding its corporate and management structure by creating a pan-European regional office and customer service & support division. The new business unit will incorporate all FKI regional sales offices and associated customer service and support. Ian Pugh will head the operation as director of European regional development. Previously Ian was the company’s project director. As part of his role, Ian will help maintain and develop strategic relationships with key European customers.
Pugh is working with Finn Laugesen, who has been appointed head of European customer service and support across Europe. Laugesen will continue to oversee CSS activities for the company in the Middle East, South Africa and the Far East.
