Asda has opened a national distribution centre at Redhouse Business Park, Doncaster. The site is managed by Wincanton and uses voice-picking technology. The 655,000 sq ft dedicated general merchandise centre will handle more than 5,000 product lines. It will dispatch over 600 loads per week to the 11 Asda regional distribution centres it services.
